Processing & Shipping Timeline
Items are a mix of pre-order and in-stock. Processing time is 4-6 weeks for pre-orders. This is an estimated time frame to account for supply chain issues and arrival delays. COVID is still impacting supply chain significantly.
Shipping labels (tracking numbers) may be generated up to two weeks before actual fulfillment. If your order shows "shipped" in a tracking app, that is an in-app issue I am not able to correct. Processing is still 4-6 weeks from order date. Shipping timeframes are in addition to that.
Shipping is still significantly delayed due to COVID. Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update. Domestic shipping is 3-10 business days. International shipping varies. Please allow an extra week for domestic orders, and an additional 2-3 weeks for international orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on total package weight and destination zip code.
Once your order is in the custody of USPS or UPS, BSC is no longer responsible or liable for lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any of these carrier related issues, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly. BSC is not privy to more information than what is available on the carrier tracking page.
If you have concerns about carrier related issues, be sure to choose a shipping option that has built-in insurance and is claim eligible. USPS First Class and USPS First Class International are not claim eligible.
If your package is returned, please contact us to have it shipped again. Customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs.

BSC is not responsible for customs or import charges.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, unless there is a current USPS suspension. There are significant service delays to Mexico, purchase at your own risk. Not currently shipping to Germany due to the packaging act, see IG for updates on GOs.
My package was marked "delivered" but I did not receive it.
It is common for a carrier to mark a package as "delivered" and the item arrive the following business day. Check with neighbors, apartment offices, or visit your local post office. If you still haven't received it after 3-4 business days, contact the carrier directly.
